How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time is within 1-2 business days. Once we have shipped your order Australia post will take 1 - 7 business days deliver the order depending on what part of Australia you live in.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer international.
Do you offer local pickups?
Yes we do from Bonnells Bay NSW. Please select pickup option is checkout to arrange pickup times.
Refund & Exchange
What If I Change My Mind?
We want you to have a great experience with Vera Australia. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns. To enquire about making a return or exchange, please email vera.australia.handmade@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return.

My Items Are Faulty?
We want you to be happy with your Vera Australia Purchase. If there is any issue with your order please email vera.australia.handmade@gmail.com with information and/or images detailing the issue and someone from our customer service team will be in touch. We offer full refunds or replacements for faulty items. Photo’s must be supplied.
Please note that due to the limited supply of our products the item that you have purchased may have sold out and a full refund will be supplied.
Sale Items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Can I return my Gift Cards?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
